Meet our Head of Partnerships Mark Andrews

Our Head of Partnerships, Mark, is and integral part of the Invision360 team and a superb advocate for Invision360. He’s a wealth of knowledge about Invision360 and its capabilities to improve Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) at your local authority. He’s the match maker in our team. He’s the first person you speak to when you make an enquiry and he supports you through your journey to mobilisation.

“In my professional career I have experience in a number of industries and was fortunate enough to run my own successful business for 9 years. During this time, I also enjoyed extensive travel with my wife Kara before our family grew and we are now a family of five. At a time when we were focused and driven to continue to grow our company, I was diagnosed with cancer and this significantly impacted our family, business and perspectives on life.  We sold up the business, sold our properties and I was unable to work for two years. But, when one door closes another door opens and after getting the all clear I found myself seeking a new journey and Invision360’s sense of purpose and the organisation’s desire to positively impact lives of children with SEND was something I was enthused to try and be a part of.

In my role, I build and sustain positive relationships with local authorities, illustrating how the Invision360's online EHCP audit tool can support their EHCP quality assurance framework and then working closely with lead professionals throughout the mobilisation process. I thoroughly enjoy being able to spread the word about this ground-breaking tool and the ability it has to help authorities to address this national issue of improving the quality and consistency of plans.

For me, Invision360's online EHCP audit tool is just the start.

I took the role at Invision360 because I believe in the concept and what we are striving to achieve with regards to raising standards and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.

I am passionate about helping find solutions to support strategic change within local authorities, with an end goal of improving vulnerable children and young people’s lives.”

When Mark’s not match-making local authorities with our tool he can be found drinking espresso in vegan coffee shops with his wife, three boys and sausage dogs. He loves to travel, read and is looking forward to taking his boys all over the world!
