A former, experienced Director of Children's Services and National Chair of the ADCS Resources and Strategy Committee, Chris has also spearheaded the Change Programme in London

Sam Scullion SEN Manager - Transformation at London Borough of Merton

Sam is a seasoned SEN Manager with 18 years of experience in SEND. She's been a key player in the London Borough of Merton and is currently leading the charge in transforming the SEND service. Sam will share how she has developed the moderation process for auditing annual reviews and how the findings from this moderation results inform training and skill development for the SEND team.
